Beef Organ Complex — Five Grass-Fed Organs, 60 Capsules
They ate the whole animal. Nothing was wasted.
Five grass-fed organs — liver, heart, kidney, pancreas and spleen — freeze-dried whole and sealed into a capsule. The nourishment your grandmother took for granted, without the cast-iron skillet, the soaking, or the smell in the kitchen.
You already remember this food
Maybe your mother made liver on Thursdays. Maybe you held your nose and got it down because that was the rule at that table. Maybe you have spent sixty years not thinking about it once.
Here is what nobody explained to you then: she was not being thrifty. She was feeding you the single most concentrated food on the whole farm — the part that every traditional people on earth, without ever speaking to one another, set aside for the same four groups. The elders. The expecting. The ill. And the ones who had to be strong.
Somewhere in the last seventy years we decided the best part of the animal was garbage, and the vitamins should come from a laboratory instead.
We think that was a mistake. Not a scandal, not a conspiracy — just a mistake, the ordinary kind a whole culture can make while it is busy with other things. This is the older road. It does not need to be invented, because it was never lost. It was only put down.
The five, and why each one
Most organ supplements are liver and a rumor. This is a full register — every organ the old butchers kept behind the counter for the people who knew to ask.
- Liver — the old world's multivitamin. Nature's most concentrated source of preformed vitamin A, B12 and copper, which is precisely why every culture that could get liver, ate liver first.
- Heart — muscle for muscle. The hardest-working muscle the animal owns; it never once rested in its life. A natural source of CoQ10 and B vitamins.
- Kidney — the filter, not the filtered. A natural source of selenium and B12, prized in every farmhouse kitchen from Normandy to the Scottish borders.
- Pancreas — the forgotten one. Almost nobody puts this in a bottle anymore. In the old butchery traditions it never left the shop; it was spoken for before the animal was broken down.
- Spleen — the iron organ. The most naturally iron-rich organ in the animal, and heme iron at that — the form found in meat.
“Like supports like.” The oldest idea in nourishment, and the whole philosophy in three words.
What people come to us for
- Food, not a formula. Nothing here was synthesized, isolated, or spelled with a number. It is meat, dried gently and put in a capsule.
- B vitamins in their native form. Carried the way the animal carried them, rather than dropped into a tablet on their own.
- Hair, skin and nails. The traditional reason women in particular kept organ meat on the table.
- Iron that comes from meat. Heme iron — not the mineral salt pressed into most iron tablets, which anyone who has taken one has feelings about.
- Five organs, not one. The market is full of liver capsules. Whole-animal is the older practice and the harder one to source.
- Nothing to get used to. No taste, no aftertaste, no repeat on you an hour later.
The daily ritual
1. With breakfast. One to two capsules, taken with food and a full glass of water. Morning is traditional; it is not a rule.
2. Every day. This is food, not a fix. It works the way food works — by being there, steadily, rather than all at once.
3. Give it a season. Most people judge it at four weeks. We'd ask for eight. One bottle is thirty days of the practice.
Read the panel
We would rather you looked than took our word. Five organs, named individually, with their amounts printed — not hidden inside a “proprietary blend” that could be ninety-five percent the cheapest ingredient on the list.
Other ingredients: gelatin capsule. That is the entire list. No rice flour, no magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no titanium dioxide.
Our word on it
Take the whole bottle. Every capsule. If you finish it and feel nothing worth the money, send us the empty bottle and we will refund you in full — no forms, no restocking fee, and no one on the phone trying to talk you out of it.
Honest questions
Will it taste like liver? Will I taste it again an hour later?
No, and no. This is the question we get more than any other, almost always from people over sixty — because you are the last generation who actually ate the real thing and you remember exactly what you are being asked to sign up for. The organs are freeze-dried to a powder and sealed inside a gelatin capsule. Swallow it with water and you will taste nothing going down and nothing coming back.
How large are the capsules? I have trouble swallowing pills.
They are standard size 00 capsules — the same size as most fish oil softgels. If pills are genuinely difficult for you, the capsule pulls apart cleanly: twist it open and stir the powder into a few ounces of tomato juice, broth, or anything with enough body to carry it. It will taste faintly of beef. Many people prefer it this way.
I take prescription medication. Can I take this alongside it?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start, and bring the bottle or a photo of the panel with you. We mean that plainly rather than as boilerplate. Organ meat is naturally rich in vitamin A, iron and vitamin K — all three of which genuinely matter if you are on a blood thinner such as warfarin, if you have been told to watch your iron, or if you have a liver condition. Your pharmacist can settle it in two minutes and that conversation is free. We would rather lose the sale than have you skip it.
Am I too old to start something like this?
This is food. Nobody has ever been too old for food. If anything, the traditional practice ran the other way — in most cultures organ meat went to the eldest at the table first, on the reasoning that they had earned the best of the animal and had the most use for it.
What does “grass-fed” actually mean on this label?
That the cattle were pasture-raised on grass rather than finished in a feedlot on grain. It is the reason we say it and the reason the product costs what it does.
How long before I notice anything?
We will not give you a number, because anyone who gives you a confident number about a food is selling you something. This is nourishment, not a switch. Most people who stay with it give it two months before they form a view, and a great many decide the honest answer is “I feel like myself.” That is a real answer and we are not going to dress it up into a bigger one.
Can I take this with my regular multivitamin?
Usually, but check the vitamin A on both labels first. Liver is naturally very high in preformed vitamin A, and many multivitamins add more on top. Vitamin A is one of the ones your body stores rather than flushes, so it is worth thirty seconds with the two panels side by side — again, your pharmacist will do this for you at the counter.
